INTERVENTION

  • 250 poor women will have improved their livelihoods with environmentally friendly production methods and better cope with climate change.
  • 100 landless people will have improved their living conditions through suitable alternative livelihood options.          
  • Women, youth, and ethnic minority groups in 5 communities supported by AAV will have had the basic abilities to understand and analyze poverty and issues of political economy, public administration and development; participate actively in the process of monitoring and evaluating public administration and services (education, health, agriculture extension, and forestry extension) and development projects           
  • 90% of girls and boys at 3 schools will have received quality education which respect children’s rights, school governance will have been significantly improved, 150 youth will have been mobilized and supported to carry out activities regarding equal rights to quality education and increased public investment in education, 1 initiative will be piloted and replicated in the area to promote equal access to quality education.        
  • 10 villages will have built systems of disaster risk reduction and adaptation to climate change. At least 7,000 people affected by natural disasters will be supported through methods of enhancing the rights and livelihood restoration.        
  • 1,000 women and girls will have improved their capacity and awareness, and provided with information so that they can be proactive in protecting their rights and fight together to eliminate all forms of gender-based violence.
